Wurstsalad (Bologna Salad)
Germans love bologna. Traditionally children get a slice of bologna when their moms shop for lunch at the butcher stores. Here is what Germans love to eat for dinner:
Take one pack of beef bologna and cut it into thin strips
Chop one small sweet onion
Chop 3-4 big pickles or cut in thin strips
For the dressing:
Combine enough mayonnaise with the liquid from the pickles (directly from the jar) until you have a nice dressing and pep it up with 1-2 tsp of Brewmaster's Malt Mustard
Combine bologna, onions and pickles with the awesome dressing.... and enjoy with some fresh artisan bread.
